According to Le10Sport, Chelsea have made a new €50 million offer for the former Napoli striker.

Antonio Conte is keen to land Cavani and made the offer, following Atletico’s Madrid’s approach for Diego Costa.
However, PSG want at least €80m for the 29-year-old which is expected to put off the Blues.
